Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and other reputed couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistics issues.

Order Tracking

Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with our courier partners.
