At Shadow Brush Lippan, every product is handcrafted with care and made-to-order. We request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellation requests.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Payments made at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

In case of a valid cancellation request (within 24 hours and before shipment), the amount may be provided as a store credit or voucher that can be used for future purchases.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Although refunds are not available, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit.
